CLARIFICATION

Clarification consists in removing all kind of particles, sediments, oil, natural organic matter and colour from the water to make it clear. Starting with the jar test we determine the most optimal chemicals and their dosages. The dosing equipment is surely a part of our clarifier-based solutions.   We also provide soda lime softening units including sludge dewatering

DISSOLVED AIR FLOTATION

The process of dissolved air flotation is the separation of the suspended solids from water by means of tiny air bubbles. Thanks to our advanced technology, our equipment produces a stream of micro air bubbles that adhere to the floccules, raising them to the surface where a system of scrapers drags the sludge bed generated to the hopper that collects the sludge, reducing the total suspended solids by up to 90%, reducing the COD and obtaining a sludge dryness of around 6%.   All DAF-units we supply are pre-assembled and tested in the workshop.

ULTRAFILTRATION

Ultrafiltration can be used as a very effective pretreatment step prior to Reverse Osmosis Plants as well as for removal of bacteria and viruses from of the drinking water. We design, build and commission tailor-made and turnkey ultrafiltration (UF) plants. Our UF plants are built with hollow fiber outside-in or inside-out membranes capable of treating several flows of different sources and remove suspended solids, colloids and all kind of micro-organisms such as bacteria, viruses, protozoa, germs and larvae.

REVERSE OSMOSIS

We can design, build and commission reverse osmosis (RO) systems treating different kinds of water sources ranging from tap-water, brackish water to seawater desalination and covering all types of applications including drinking water, irrigation water and process water. Pre-engineered as well as custom designed turnkey plants can be skid mounted or containerized.

ION EXCHANGE

Ion exchange can have several applications, such as water softening (removal of calcium and magnesium ions), demineralization, as polishing step after Reverse osmosis, and for removal of heavy metals. IX technologies are also widely used in condensate polishing systems.

Pile Cloth Media Filters

Pile Cloth Media Filters provided by us, combine a surface filtration process with depth filtration effect in the pile layer. The discs of stainless-steel grid are covered by the pile cloth and completely dived in the wastewater treated what allows the maximal using of the footprint as well as the highest grade of the suspended solids removal.

SLUDGE DEWATERING

Filter presses with chamber plates belong to the most used types of pressure presses. The workspace consists of filter chambers made of detachable filter plates. The plates have a recess in the flat part with a drainage system. The total recess depth of both adjacent plates determines the thickness of the resulting filter cake, which ranges from 10 to 50 mm. We supply filter presses with open and closed filtrate discharge and with the possibility of manual or automatic closing and separation of the filter plates. The filter presses re with a side bolt or with the upper suspension of the plates.
